Several years of customer service has prepared Alex for his career with Security Luebke Roofing as a Residential Estimator. He grew up as the oldest of six children and loves any activity that allows him to have a deep belly laugh. He got married in 2018 and loves to travel, all things soccer, boxing, tennis and would be happy to challenge you in a game.

AARON KANE

Quality Manager

Aaron’s roofing background has made him a valuable asset to our team. His experience comes from 10 years of owning and operating his own roofing company and over 25 total years in the industry. When Aaron is not hard at work, he enjoys spending time with his 2 kids, golfing and sturgeon spearing.   

ALYSSA SPRANGERS

Commercial Sales Coordinator

Alyssa received her Associates Degree in accounting from Fox Valley Technical College. Her degree in accounting makes her a great fit for her project manager position, as it allows her to work with numbers through invoicing and communicating daily with customers. Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys traveling to her sisters dance competitions with family, hanging out with friends and her dog Chloe.

ANDY KOROTKO

Residential Estimator

With several years of past customer service experience in the auto industry, Andy is a problem solver that enjoys working with people. He is originally from the Oshkosh area and has remained there for most of his life. When Andy isn’t helping customers, he enjoys spending time with his wife, his dog and catching a Green Bay Gamblers game whenever he can.

ANTHONY OWENS

Residential Estimator

Anthony has over 10 years in customer related roles. He is a graduateNeenah HS and pursued his degree in criminal justice at Kirkwood Community College. He also has a K9 Specialist degree and dog obedience instructor certifications. His experience in customer service and background in multiple fields, makes Anthony a perfect fit for SLR. Outside of work he loves to spend time with his family, be outdoors, and watch his favorite sport, football.

BILL QUELLA

Residential Service Superintendent

Bill’s past experience has made him a versatile part of our service team. Beginning his journey in home improvement in 1994, Bill has over 20 years of experience in carpentry, remodeling and building. Outside of the office he enjoys spending time with family, camping, hiking and playing various sports. Bill is an imperfect man, but by God’s grace he serves Him for his glory.

BRYAN BRENNAN

Residential Project Manager

Bryan’s 15+ years in the building industry and Residential Building Construction degree makes him a natural for his position as a Residential Project Manager. He is married with one daughter and enjoys sports and the outdoors in his free time.

BRYAN VANDENACK

Director of Commercial Operations

Bryan started his roofing career in 1988 on a commercial flat roofing team. He was hired at SLR in 2014 as a foreman, then promoted to Commercial Ops Manager in 2019. His extensive knowledge of the industry makes him a valuable team member with responsibilities ranging from ordering and organizing deliveries to assigning crews to projects and training foreman. Bryan is also an NCCCO certified crane operator. Outside hobbies include fishing, Harleys and hanging out with his two German Shepherds.

CAROL HEURING

Receptionist

Carol came to SLR after working in the Restaurant/Hospitality industry for more than 30 years.  Her customer service skills and positive attitude has made her a great addition to the Customer Care Team.  As our receptionist she always enjoys helping out customers and co-workers alike. Carol is a life-long resident of the Fox Valley, she knows the area well, and many people locally, from years of working in local eating establishments. In her spare time, Carol spends time with her dog, Zelda. She also enjoys working out, enthusiastically supporting the Packers and Brewers, as well as spending time with friends and family.  

DAVID GASKILL

Commercial Account Manager

David joined Security Luebke Roofing in 2015. He graduated from Illinois State University where he studied Quality & Operations Management and has more than 25 years of sales and claims adjusting experience. David is married to his wife of over 20 years and has three children.

DAWSON BENNETT

Residential Estimator

Growing up right here in Neenah, Dawson earned his associate degree from UW-Fox Valley before building a strong 10-year background in sales and customer service. As the oldest of four kids, he knows a thing or two about communication and teamwork. These are the skills he brings to the Security-Luebke Roofing team every day to help homeowners get the best possible service.Outside of the office, Dawson loves spending time with his beautiful wife and daughter, as well as his friends and church community. He is an avid sports fan who is always down to play a game and, like a true local, is a dedicated Green Bay Packers supporter.

EMILY LEON

Account Representative

Emily was raised in Appleton, WI, has a strong foundation in health care, and is equipped with her Real Estate license. Her compassion and driven nature defines her approach to both work and life. She is passionate about traveling and spending quality time with her family in Mexico. As one of six siblings, Emily treasures family time, enjoys going on walks with her pups Nala and Simba, and loves a good game of Catan. 

ERIC GOUGH

Residential Estimator

After graduating from Hillsdale College, Eric worked as a property analyst and insurance adjuster for over two years. His experience evaluating residential properties makes him a great advocate for our customers. He is always ready to take on a challenge and will go the extra mile to get the job done right. Eric spends most of his time outside of work with family, reading, or traveling.

ETHAN HANSON

Marketing and Events Manager

A graduate of UW-Stevens Point, Ethan earned his degree in business. With his past customer service experience, Ethan began his journey with SLR as a residential estimator. Ethan has now transitioned into his role as Marketing and Events Manager, where he is able to better utilize his degree and serve SLR’s customers. Ethan enjoys spending time with his wife, family, friends, and fellowship with his church community.

EVELYN LEON

Account Representative

Evelyn was raised in Appleton, WI along with her 5 other siblings. She graduated from Appleton North High School and shortly after pursued a career in Real Estate. Her outgoing personality and drive to serve her customers has made Evelyn a perfect fit for her role as Account Representative. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, teaching her puppy Olive new tricks and hanging out with her family.

GREG KETTNER

Residential Estimator

With a masters degree in Architecture and over a decade of experience working in that field, Greg comes to us with a wealth of knowledge in the building and construction industry.  He is a native of the Fox Valley area, and he lives in Neenah with his wife where they also own and operate a successful salon business.  In his spare time, he and his wife can usually be found working on projects at their home or out camping with friends and family.

JAMES STEFFANUS

Prior to joining SLR, James ran his own trucking company for 10 years and worked as a shop manager for a foundation repair company. He is a graduate of New London High School and his wife and two kids mean everything to him! When not at his kids’ sporting events, James loves racing anything with an engine.

After graduating from UW-LaCrosse with a degree in sales and marketing, Jim spent the next 23 years working as an account manager in the electrical distribution industry. He has a real passion for working with his customers and providing the SLR customer experience. He has a knack for detail and organization. Ask him about his closet and his first date with his wife! It’s quite a story!

JOAQUIN PADILLA

Quality Manager

Joaquin started with Security-Luebke Roofing in 1999 and has made his way from steep slope asphalt shingle installer to now a quality manager. He always has a great attitude and work ethic to best serve our customers. Outside of his 22 years of experience with Security-Luebke Roofing, he loves spending time with his children and cooking up a fun summer meal.

JOHN VICCHIOLLO

Director of Residential Operations

John brings to SLR 30 years of supply chain management and extensive home remodeling experience. He is committed to teamwork and creating a positive customer experience. Outside of work John serves as a board member of Rawhide Youth Services and enjoys spending time with his wife Germaine, three grown sons and three grandchildren.

JONNY HOETSCHL

Residential Sales Manager

Twenty plus years and counting of strong customer service and previous sales experience are what makes Jonny a valuable part of our team. His passion to help others along with his positive attitude are the reasons his customers’ journey is a positive one. A native of California, Jonny moved to the Fox Valley with his mom and dad who served 20 years in the Navy. When not at work, Jonny enjoys a round of golf, boating and spending time outside with his wife and three children.

JOSIAH PERKINS

Senior Residential Sales Leader

Josiah began his career at Security Luebke Roofing in 2007 installing Gutter Topper and metal roofing. After several years of getting his hands dirty on the job, he transitioned to a Residential Estimator, then to a Residential Sales Manager. Josiah graduated from Neenah HS and served in the Army National Guard from 2005-2011 during which he was deployed twice to Iraq. Josiah and his wife live in Hortonville with their 9 young children, and two St. Bernard’s.

JULIUS FAULKCON

Residential Estimator

Julius comes to SLR with over 15 years of customer service experience between television and the automotive industry. He’s originally from Detroit, Mi and moved to Wi in 2004. Julius is big into sports with football being at the top. He has 4 beautiful kids and likes to spend his free time with them, family and friends.

KEN BOUDWINE

Commercial Superintendent

Ken has been built for the construction industry since day one, getting his start at 17 years old before transitioning into commercial roofing in 2010. Since joining Security-Luebke Roofing in 2020, he has utilized his extensive field experience and NCCO crane operator certification to keep our commercial projects moving safely and efficiently. Outside of work, Ken is a true outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, hiking, and trail riding.

KEVIN WILLIS

Residential Sales Manager

Kevin is a graduate of UW-Stevens Point. He began his career with SLR as a Residential Estimator in 2018 and now leads our sales team as a Residential Sales Manager. Kevin brings 18 years of customer service and leadership experience to SLR. He and his wife reside in New London with their four children where they love cheering on their kids in lacrosse, football and basketball. They enjoy spending time up north at the lake and family vacations to Hilton Head Island.

LAYLA  ALBERTS

Residential Estimator

Layla brings over six years of healthcare experience to the SLR team, having worked as a Medical Laboratory Scientist after earning her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. Her healthcare background gives her a unique perspective and skill set that enhances her ability to care for clients beyond the hospital walls. Layla is committed to building genuine connections and ensuring each homeowner she works with feels heard, valued, and supported. Outside of work, Layla enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, and staying active with volleyball. She’s also a dedicated Taylor Swift fan who never misses an album drop—and loves predicting them, too.

MAKAYLA BARTH

Residential Production Scheduler

Scheduling, organizing and coordinating! That’s what Makayla does! Her previous position with Menards as a Delivery Coordinator and her time in the building materials department set her up for success as one of our Residential Production Manager. Because of her outgoing personality, Makayla loves attending concerts & sporting events and spending time on the water in summer.

MARK JAMES

Director of Finance and Administration

Prior to joining our team, Mark worked in the home building industry for over 25 years. He joined our team in 2011 as a service technician. Throughout his years at SLR, Mark took initiative to further his education into safety and HR. He was promoted to Director of HR & Safety in 2018. Mark lives in Neenah with his wife, Lisa and their dog, Randall. On the weekends you can find Mark at the local racetracks or helping friends with home improvement projects.

MIKE FULK

Commercial Account Manager 

A graduate from Michigan State, Mike began his career with SLR in 2011. His years with the company has made him a wealth of knowledge when it comes to recommendations to help keep your roof secure. Mike spent 8 years working at the Rawhide Boys Ranch. A resident of Grand Chute, Mike is married with 4 beautiful daughters and is an avid outdoorsman.

MITCH DAIS

Residential Estimator

Mitch helps Wisconsin homeowners protect their greatest investments by combining a licensed high school science teacher’s analytical mindset with 15 years of elite sales and consulting experience. Thanks to his unique background,which includes major management and consulting roles at GNC and AT&T. Mitch doesn’t just hand you an estimate, he takes the time to clearly explain the “why” and the “how” behind your roofing project. A proud Appleton resident of 15 years, Mitch spends his time off the clock with his wife and their five amazing kids. When he isn’t playing with his children at a local park, you can usually find him working out, fishing, or playing softball.
