Gutters
Protecting your Property’s Foundation
For large industrial applications, we utilize fabricated gutters. These gutters are made of 24 gauge commercial grade steel and are designed to handle larger volumes of water than traditional K-style gutters that are typically used on residential applications.
Not all gutters are made the same, from size to construction and building application. Standard gutters are known as K-style gutters. This type of gutter is produced by a gutter machine from a singular metal coil, making it seamless. These types of gutters are great for facia mounted applications and are still applicable on many commercial properties, including condos.
Gutter Protection
Keeping Gutters and Downspouts Free Flowing
When maintaining commercial gutters, it is crucial to keep your gutters and downspouts protected from debris. With higher roof lines and longer gutter runs, cleaning is not only more difficult but can be more costly as well. Let the right gutter protection save you time and money.
Your gutter protection should suit your gutter type as well as the form of leaves and debris that surround your property. At Security-Luebke Roofing, we offer a wide variety of gutter protection options to best protect your property and keep you safe!

Solutions to Fit Your Needs
Commercial roofs oftentimes have a much larger surface area than your average residential roof. With this being said, more water will flow off these roofs at a faster speed.
To handle these issues, there are a few solutions to help better control the water and direct it where you want it. The first solution is a fabricated collector box. This allows for a larger central area for the water to be slowed before descending into a downspout.
If that solution is not sufficient, we can also fabricate larger downspouts. These larger downspouts help to move larger volumes of water and a faster rate, allowing for a more controlled process.
