Born in Mexico and raised in the Fox Valley, Cesar attended Fox Valley Technical College to receive his degree in accounting. Has been in the accounting field since, and has given himself a strong background in the knowledge and skills needed to be successful. Cesar in his free time, enjoys being with friends and family, playing basketball and developing his skills in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
