We carry both general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage, so you're protected if anything unexpected happens during the job. As an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred contractor, we're also held to some of the highest standards in the industry for both craftsmanship and safety. Our crews participate in weekly safety training, and we have a supervisor on every job site. If you'd like to verify our coverage, just ask. We're happy to provide documentation.

We do work with a network of vetted roofing subcontractor partners. They are upheld to our high expectations for quality, standards, training, and accountability so you can feel safe knowing you are still getting the high quality Security-Luebke Roofing services you'd expect.

That covers 100% of materials and labor, regardless of fault, for as long as you own the home. Coverage can also be transferred to a new owner one time, which makes it a real selling point if you ever move. Your new roof also comes with a 25-year algae resistance warranty and a 130 MPH wind uplift warranty, the highest wind rating in the roofing industry.
Will you pull the required permits?
Yes. We handle all required permits as part of our standard process. We'd never recommend skipping that step. Unpermitted work can create headaches when you sell your home and may affect your homeowner's insurance coverage. With Security-Luebke, you don't have to think about it. We take care of it.
