Amy comes to Security Luebke Roofing with 20 years of past marketing experience. She started her marketing career in sales and promotions for a group of local radio stations and spent the next 17 years working in advertising agencies as a media buyer/planner and brand distribution manager. Amy and her fiancé, Paul have 4 sons. You can find Amy on the golf course with her son in summer and on the ski hill in winter with her family.

ABBI MOEDE

Residential Estimator

Abbi has had 12+ years in customer service. Her first customer service position was with Time Warner Cable, where she learned she loves interacting with people. Followed by 6 years with, Harley-Davidson, where she was able to enjoy her hobby and passion daily! Abbi continuously strives to make those around her smile. Abbi is currently living in Appleton with her husband and their son. Along with happiness Abbi lives for her family, adventure and adrenaline!

Abby is a UW-Stevens Point graduate. She brings years of customer service experience to SLR. With several years in non-profit work, her passion is towards helping others. Abby loves trying new meals using fresh food from her garden. She enjoys hunting, hiking, fishing, and camping with her family & friends. She can’t wait to help families like yours.

ALEX LEON

Residential Estimator

Several years of customer service has prepared Alex for his career with Security Luebke Roofing as a Residential Estimator. He grew up as the oldest of six children and loves any activity that allows him to have a deep belly laugh. He got married in 2018 and loves to travel, all things soccer, boxing, tennis and would be happy to challenge you in a game.

Residential Estimator

Andy is a graduate of UW-LaCrosse where he earned his degree in Management. After 10 years with the City of Appleton’s Parks Department, Andy decided to change directions and joined our sales team. He brings his ability to manage complex jobs and makes sure the customer experiences the journey promised by SLR. Andy is married with four children and is an avid golfer and outdoorsman.

AARON KANE

Quality Manager

Aaron’s roofing background has made him a valuable asset to our team. His experience comes from 10 years of owning and operating his own roofing company and over 25 total years in the industry. When Aaron is not hard at work, he enjoys spending time with his 2 kids, golfing and sturgeon spearing.   

ALYSSA SPRANGERS

Commercial Sales Coordinator

Alyssa received her Associates Degree in accounting from Fox Valley Technical College. Her degree in accounting makes her a great fit for her project manager position, as it allows her to work with numbers through invoicing and communicating daily with customers. Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys traveling to her sisters dance competitions with family, hanging out with friends and her dog Chloe.

ANDREW KOROTKO

Residential Estimator

With several years of past customer service experience, Andrew is a problem solver that enjoys working with people. He and his girlfriend enjoy spending time together with their dog and catch a Green Bay Gamblers games whenever they can.

ANDREW LAUER

Residential Project Manager

Andrew’s 10 years of construction experience and background in facilities management made him a perfect fit for his role here at SLR. He brings with him distinguished communication and management skills that help him to excel in his role. When Andrew is not helping customers, he enjoys woodworking, and spending time with his family. He Currently resides in Neenah with his wife and two kids.

ANDREW PHILIPPON

Safety Manager

Andrew started his career at Security Luebke Roofing as a Service Tech and throughout his years at SLR he’s been trained in all field departments. His attention to detail and knowledge of the company and industry makes him a perfect fit for his position as our Safety Manager. Outside of the SLR walls, Andrew enjoys taking his Harley Davidson Wide Glide out for a ride and creating/playing computer games.

ANDY NICKOLS

Quality Manager

Andy attended college in Spokane, WA for Architectural Drafting. After college, Andy worked for a non-profit organization which brought him to Norther Africa where he lived and started a youth soccer program which encouraged kids to stay in school and to have hope for their futures. Upon his return to the US, Andy was hired by SLR as an installer, transitioned to sales and is now using his knowledge of the ins and outs of SLR as a Residential Production Manager. He and his wife have two children. Their love for the outdoors keeps them active outside hunting, fishing, golfing or spending time together in the park.

BILL QUELLA

Quality Manager – Lead

Bill’s past experience has made him a versatile part of our service team. Beginning his journey in home improvement in 1994, Bill has over 20 years of experience in carpentry, remodeling and building. Outside of the office he enjoys spending time with family, camping, hiking and playing various sports. Bill is an imperfect man, but by God’s grace he serves Him for his glory.   

BRYAN BRENNAN

Residential Project Manager

Bryan’s 15+ years in the building industry and Residential Building Construction degree makes him a natural for his position as a Residential Project Manager. He is married with one daughter and enjoys sports and the outdoors in his free time.

Bryan Crain

Director of Sales & Marketing

Bryan started with Security Luebke Roofing as a Residential Estimator. His 10+ years of experience as a corporate trainer and manager at a customer service company made him a natural fit to climb the ladder from Residential Estimator to the Director of Sales. Outside the office, Bryan serves as a volunteer firefighter for the Village of Kimberly as well as a youth program volunteer at church. He is married to his wife, Schelly and loves camping and playing sports with his 3 sons.

BRYAN VANDENACK

Commercial Operations Manager

Bryan started his roofing career in 1988 on a commercial flat roofing team. He was hired at SLR in 2014 as a foreman, then promoted to Commercial Ops Manager in 2019. His extensive knowledge of the industry makes him a valuable team member with responsibilities ranging from ordering and organizing deliveries to assigning crews to projects and training foreman. Bryan is also an NCCCO certified crane operator. Outside hobbies include fishing, Harleys and hanging out with his two German Shepherds.

CAROL HEURING

Receptionist

Carol came to SLR after working in the Restaurant/Hospitality industry for more than 30 years.  Her customer service skills and positive attitude has made her a great addition to the Customer Care Team.  As our receptionist she always enjoys helping out customers and co-workers alike. Carol is a life-long resident of the Fox Valley, she knows the area well, and many people locally, from years of working in local eating establishments. In her spare time, Carol spends time with her dog, Zelda. She also enjoys working out, enthusiastically supporting the Packers and Brewers, as well as spending time with friends and family.  

CHARLIE KILGAS

Residential Estimator

Prior to working at SLR, Charlie was a Sheet Metal Journeyman. After 10 years in the industry and a few more in insurance, he joined the SLR team as a Residential Estimator. Charlie enjoys taking trips with his wife and three children to the Rice Lake area and strumming the occasional riff on his guitar.

With over 30 years at SLR, Chris has been involved in almost every aspect of the business! He’s a great mentor to his fellow team members and the office staff enjoys his sense of humor and his candy bowl! He and his wife enjoy rides on their Harley with friends.

CIARA BRAULT

Account Representative

Ciara’s experience with running her own Etsy store has given her the expertise and drive to make sure that every customer is satisfied. Her attention to detail and organization skills help her assess situations and do what it takes to go above and beyond. She graduated high school in 2022 and married her best friend a few months later. In her spare time Ciara loves to read, go on walks, try out new restaurants with her husband, and bake bread.

CINDY PHILIPPON

Service Operations Manager

Cindy started her career with SLR in 2016. With a degree in Accounting, Cindy started in our accounting department. With a second degree in Business Management, she’s the perfect fit for her current position assisting our Service Operations Manager to keep our crews moving! As a mother of four, Cindy enjoys traveling to visit two of her daughters who live out of state and spending as much time as possible with her two children that live near her.

DARRELL LAFFERTY

Residential Estimator

Darrell brings his background in customer service to Security Luebke Roofing as a Residential Estimator. He was born and raised in the Fox Valley where he still lives with his wife, children and two dogs. You can find him outside with friends and family playing any type of sport.

Dave Seegers

Residential Sales Manager

Dave began his career with SLR in 2017. His previous work experience in the restoration industry and sales management made him a well-rounded Residential Estimator but makes him an even better Sales Manager. Dave and his wife, Julie, have 4 children. When he’s not in the office, Dave enjoys camping, playing basketball, softball and baseball.

DAVID GASKILL

Commercial Account Manager

David joined Security Luebke Roofing in 2015. He graduated from Illinois State University where he studied Quality & Operations Management and has more than 25 years of sales and claims adjusting experience. David is married to his wife of over 20 years and has three children.

DEREK KORTH

Residential Project Manager

Derek’s position as a Residential Project Manager is to keep the lines of communication open between SLR and our customers. His communication skills, attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond makes him a valuable member on our operations team. After obtaining his associates degree while living in Florida, Derek moved back to Wisconsin with his family.

ELIJAH WALTI

Residential Estimator

Elijah has always had a love for serving people and SLR gives him the perfect opportunity to do so. He enjoys making people laugh at him and with him. Elijah grew up overseas for most of life, but came back to the states when he met his beautiful wife. At the end of the day, he is a people person. Whether Elijah is skateboarding, singing or playing guitar, he loves to be with people.

ERIC GOUGH

Residential Estimator

After graduating from Hillsdale College, Eric worked as a property analyst and insurance adjuster for over two years. His experience evaluating residential properties makes him a great advocate for our customers. He is always ready to take on a challenge and will go the extra mile to get the job done right. Eric spends most of his time outside of work with family, reading, or traveling.

ESTREYA PADILLA HERNANDEZ

Account Representative

Estreya was born and raised in Menasha, Wisconsin. She grew up in a Mexican American household being the second oldest out of five kids. She completed her High School education in Menasha, shorty after got engaged and is now happily married. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband, family and friends; along with working out, painting, and being outside. Her favorite thing about working at Security Luebke is the ability to build a strong and positive relationship with homeowners.

ETHAN HANSON

Marketing Coordinator

A graduate of UW-Stevens Point, Ethan earned his degree in business. With his past customer service experience, Ethan began his journey with SLR as a residential estimator. Ethan has now transitioned into his role as Marketing Coordinator, where he is able to better utilize his degree and serve SLR’s customers. Ethan enjoys spending time with his wife, family, friends, and fellowship with his church community.

Evelyn Leon

Account Representative

Evelyn was raised in Appleton, WI along with her 5 other siblings. She graduated from Appleton North High School and shortly after pursued a career in Real Estate. Her outgoing personality and drive to serve her customers has made Evelyn a perfect fit for her role as Account Representative. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, teaching her puppy Olive new tricks and hanging out with her family.

JARED WANTA

Residential Steep Slope Subcontractor Manager

Jared started in the roofing industry at the age of 15 with a local company in Stevens Point as a summer job. As the roofing industry grew on him, he continued to pursue that passion by bringing his knowledge and experience to SLR. Jared and his fiance live in Kaukauna with their son and he enjoys running, biking, disc golfing and hanging out with family.

JAMES STEFFANUS

Residential Estimator

Prior to joining SLR, James ran his own trucking company for 10 years and worked as a shop manager for a foundation repair company. He is a graduate of New London High School and his wife and two kids mean everything to him! When not at his kids’ sporting events, James loves racing anything with an engine.

JEREMY SLEWINSKI

Residential Estimator

Jeremy grew up around his family businesses and learned the value of customer service from a young age. In addition to his 9 years of customer service, Jeremy also has a background in quality, which gives him a keen eye for detail. When he is outside of the office, Jeremy loves hunting, fishing or enjoying Wisconsin sports. He currently resides in Shawano with his wife Courtney, 4 kids, and dog Lincoln.

JIM HEROUX

Residential Estimator

After graduating from UW-LaCrosse with a degree in sales and marketing, Jim spent the next 23 years working as an account manager in the electrical distribution industry. He has a real passion for working with his customers and providing the SLR customer experience. He has a knack for detail and organization. Ask him about his closet and his first date with his wife! It’s quite a story!

JOAQUIN PADILLA

Quality Manager

Joaquin started with Security-Luebke Roofing in 1999 and has made his way from steep slope asphalt shingle installer to now a quality manager. He always has a great attitude and work ethic to best serve our customers. Outside of his 22 years of experience with Security-Luebke Roofing, he loves spending time with his children and cooking up a fun summer meal.

JOHN GORDEE

Residential Estimator

John’s previous career as a Quality Technician transfers nicely into his role as a Residential Estimator. His problem-solving skills and attention to details are noticed by the customers he works with! John calls the small town of Dale his home where he lives with his wife and daughter. He loves a competitive volleyball game and campfires with his family.

JOHN VICCHIOLLO

Residential Operations Manager

John brings to SLR 30 years of supply chain management and extensive home remodeling experience. He is committed to teamwork and creating a positive customer experience. Outside of work John serves as a board member of Rawhide Youth Services and enjoys spending time with his wife Germaine, three grown sons and three grandchildren.

JOHN WETTER

Residential Operations Manager

John graduated from UW Stout with a bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management and is working toward a master’s degree in Construction Management and is OSHA 30 certified. He is married and has one daughter. Outside of the office John loves camping and traveling.

JONNY HOETSCHL

Residential Sales Manager

Twenty plus years and counting of strong customer service and previous sales experience are what makes Jonny a valuable part of our team. His passion to help others along with his positive attitude are the reasons his customers’ journey is a positive one. A native of California, Jonny moved to the Fox Valley with his mom and dad who served 20 years in the Navy. When not at work, Jonny enjoys a round of golf, boating and spending time outside with his wife and three children.

JOSIAH PERKINS

Senior Residential Sales Manager

Josiah began his career at Security Luebke Roofing in 2007 installing Gutter Topper and metal roofing. After several years of getting his hands dirty on the job, he transitioned to a Residential Estimator, then to a Residential Sales Manager. Josiah graduated from Neenah HS and served in the Army National Guard from 2005-2011 during which he was deployed twice to Iraq. Josiah and his wife live in Hortonville with their 9 young children, and two St. Bernard’s.

JOSIAH POOLER

Residential Sales Manager

Born and raised in South Dakota, Josiah graduated from South Dakota State. He spent the past several years in a management position at the YMCA in Neenah. His customers appreciate his ability to explain his findings and provide recommendations for next steps along with the occasional dad joke. Josiah loves being a husband and a father. Golf, outdoors, beer brewing and riding motorcycles are some of his favorite past times.

Director of Operations

JR joined our team in 2019 with 15+ years of construction management. He has a knack for finding people’s hidden strong points and helping to develop them. Married to his wife Chrissy, he has five children and a family dog named Chip! JR enjoys riding motorcycles, traveling with his family and serving with his wife overseeing the Children’s Ministry at Calvary Chapel in Appleton.

JULIUS FAULKCON

Residential Estimator

Julius comes to SLR with over 15 years of customer service experience between television and the automotive industry. He’s originally from Detroit, Mi and moved to Wi in 2004. Julius is big into sports with football being at the top. He has 4 beautiful kids and likes to spend his free time with them, family and friends.

KEVIN WILLIS

Residential Sales Manager 

Kevin is a graduate of UW-Stevens Point. He brings 18 years of customer service and leadership to SLR as a Residential Manager. He and his wife reside in Neenah with their four children. They enjoy spending time up north at the lake and family vacations to the low country of South Carolina.

LISA ORTSCHEID

Director of Sales and Marketing

Lisa joined our team in 2021 with over 25+ years of marketing, event planning, management, and sales experience.  She has strong leadership skills and has a great ability to coach and lead people.  Lisa has four children and a dog, Daisy.  She spends most of her free time at her kids’ sporting events, otherwise she enjoys biking, boating or an occasional day trip to Door County.

LYNN NICHOLS

Customer Care Center Manager

Starting as our Office Manager, Lynn’s knack for organization and “straight-shooting” personality made her a perfect fit to become the “den mom” to our sales team. Lynn loves cooking and watching her sons play sports. She loves to empower people positively to be the best version of themselves while coaching at FIRE Fitness.

MAKAYLA BARTH

Residential Production Scheduler

Scheduling, organizing and coordinating! That’s what Makayla does! Her previous position with Menards as a Delivery Coordinator and her time in the building materials department set her up for success as one of our Residential Production Manager. Because of her outgoing personality, Makayla loves attending concerts & sporting events and spending time on the water in summer.

MARK JAMES

Director of Finance and Administration

Prior to joining our team, Mark worked in the home building industry for over 25 years. He joined our team in 2011 as a service technician. Throughout his years at SLR, Mark took initiative to further his education into safety and HR. He was promoted to Director of HR & Safety in 2018. Mark lives in Neenah with his wife, Lisa and their dog, Randall. On the weekends you can find Mark at the local racetracks or helping friends with home improvement projects.

MIKE FULK

Commercial Account Manager 

A graduate from Michigan State, Mike began his career with SLR in 2011. His years with the company has made him a wealth of knowledge when it comes to recommendations to help keep your roof secure. Mike spent 8 years working at the Rawhide Boys Ranch. A resident of Grand Chute, Mike is married with 4 beautiful daughters and is an avid outdoorsman.

MIKE JAMES

Sevice Superintendent

Just like his twin brother, Mark, Mike worked in the home building industry for over 25 years and joined our team in 2011 as a service technician. His years of knowledge in the industry helped him work his way into our Residential Service Department then as our Residential and Commercial Service Manager. Mike lives in Neenah with his wife, Tammy and their 4 children and loves rides to Door County on the weekends in his Mustang.

NATE ABBOTT

Commercial Sales Manager

Nate started his career in construction at a young age while working alongside his uncle on new construction and remodeling projects. After graduating from UW-LaCrosse, he spent the next 15 years continuing to learn the industry while working with a national distributor of exterior building products. Nate brings his knowledge of the industry to SLR as a Commercial Sales Manager. Married with three children, he enjoys being active in his church, fishing, camping and time at his cabin in Minocqua with his family.

NIC BORGWARDT

Residential Steep Slope In-House Manager

Nic came out of the Sprinkler Fitting industry. Nic began his career at SLR as a low slope service technician. His efficient communication skills, risk management insights, and ability to strategize were just a few of the abilities that made him a perfect fit for Contractor Manager at SLR. Outside of work you can find Nic enjoying time with his family or enjoying a ride on his Harley. He currently resides in Neenah with his wife Sam, three year old daughter Hadley, and their Huskey Tala.

OLGA GEE

Sales Coordinator 

Originally from Horicon, Olga moved to the Fox Valley with her husband and dog named Penny. She joined our team in 2019 as a commercial phone sales rep and through hard work moved into the Call Center Manager position. She comes with three years of experience as a call center insurance adjuster and 10 years in customer service. Fluent in Spanish, Olga also helps interpret for our spanish speaking employees and customers . When she is not working Olga enjoys spending time with her family, crafting and gardening.

ROB FOAT

Residential Estimator

Since joining our team in 1989, Rob has been involved in most aspects of SLR. From Residential Division Manager to developing our GutterTopper Division to marketing and sales. Residing in Neenah with his wife of 40 years, he enjoys spending time with his two children, their spouses, and two grandchildren.
